This year’s theme is “Who’s Your One?” and we will be challenged to share the love of God with one lost sheep in our lives.

Work As Worship Retreat, Friday, Feb 22, 2019, from 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM.

In order to communicate a complete and biblical picture of work and faith, we’ve defined eight tenets of the Work as Worship message:

  1.    Work is good.

  2.    Sin corrupted work.

  3. Jesus makes it possible for work to be redeemed.

  4.   God gave us a mission.

  5.    We carry Christ into our work.

  6.   God grows us through our work.

  7.   God can do more with our work than we can imagine.

  8.    Work is worship.

A Piece of Christmas - Concert with Spirit Alive Chorale

It's been a long year.

Are you getting tired of juggling all those pieces in your head, your heart, and your to-do list? Are you longing for a piece of Christmas?

You know in your heart that a real piece of Christmas is having a peace of Christmas -- to be found like a child in a place of wonder, hope, and serenity.

You know also that a beautiful piece of Christmas is giving a peace of Christmas -- to pause from chasing for ourselves to making the world a better place for someone else.

On Saturday, December 1, 7:30pm, we want you to have a peace of Christmas through the timeless and hope-filled story of Christmas, and through our guests, Spirit Alive Chorale under the masterful direction of Tony Araujo. www.facebook.com/SpiritAliveChorale/

You will also have an opportunity to give a peace of Christmas through our fundraising support of International Justice Mission (IJM Canada) in their endeavour to "end slavery in our lifetime".

The tickets to this event are FREE. (***FREE tickets at Eventbrite.ca > search Immanuel, or at IBC’s facebook page: www.facebook.com/immanuelbcvancouver/). Invite your family and friends so that the true pieces of Christmas fall into place for you and yours, at this very special time of the year!

Summer Youth Camp (Gardom Lake Bible Camp & Retreat Centre, Enderby)

  • Google Calendar ICS

S.Y.C. stands for "Summer Youth Celebration" and it is a week long camp for youths who have completed Gr. 7 to Gr. 12. The week includes interactive small groups, lots of recreation activities, exciting worship, Bible teaching and creative arts!

This year's theme “It’s not about me” runs counter to a culture that is obsessed with the self - my wants, my needs, my feelings, my opinions, my rights, my life, and on and on. But believe it or not - we were created for something far greater than ourselves. And the truth is that we will never be satisfied until we really understand that it’s all about God’s glory.

Registration cost includes transportation between Vancouver and Gardom, activities at camp, lodging, and meals. Please note that Sunday dinner is not included.

For Youths
Early Bird Rate: $300 (by July 1st, 2018)
Regular: $330

For Leaders: $230
